We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated pastoral support worker to join our amazing GP direct - Southport team. You will provide a genuine friendship and support to individuals in all aspects of their lives.

The GP Southport team manages residents within the Southport area, offering  guidance and encouragement to tenants on a daily basis, helping them with all the aspects of running a home, supporting tenants emotionally, spiritually and physically with a non judgmental attitude.

This role gives you the opportunity to help the homeless, making sure tenants have all the help and support they need to grow and live independently, caring and building relationships between yourselves and the community.
